Two startups net first investments from state's VC fund

January 31st, 2012 11:00 AM - (Crain's) — Buzz Referrals Inc. and AuraSense Therapeutics LLC received $575,000 from a new state of Illinois venture capital investment fund, becoming the first startups to benefit from the program founded last year.
