 Unicare clients.....Beware of Blue Cross rates
Beware of the rate Blue Cross is offering you if you are one of these affect Unicare clients. The rate (in most cases) is more than if you were to apply with Blue Cross directly. However, iIf you choose to apply with Blue Cross driectly you will need to be healthy enough to get approved as Blue Cross will make you go through underwriting. Accepting the offer Blue Cross is sending you will be automatic with no underwriting. Also please note that the coverage Blue Cross is offer is not the exact same as what you had with Unicare.
