Tue, 27 Nov 2007 10:22:00 EST - (AP) -- United Airlines said Tuesday it is seeking to pay down a portion of its outstanding credit facility to gain flexibility to implement new shareholder initiatives.

United will seek approval from its creditors to pay down $350 million of its current term loan.
