The Chicago Water Taxi (formerly the River Bus) now goes all the way down to Chinatown on the weekends.

The service runs every hour stopping at Michigan Ave. on the hour and Chinatown (Ping Tom Park) on the half hour.

It is $4 one way or $6 for an all day pass to the Chinatown stop.

(The normal fare is $2 one way or $4 for an all day pass not including Chinatown).

You can buy tickets on the boat.

Note that the stop at Michigan Ave is actually around the other side of the Wrigley building on Rush St.

Both Chicago tourists or natives who want to try a new way to explore the city can now take a Chicago Water Taxi from downtown to Chinatown on weekends.
