 Women race to be bride's leading ladies
August 25th, 2008 05:00 AM - Most women choose their bridesmaids from among their dearest childhood friends. Mary Lee Seffrood made her candidates run for the position - literally. The 37-year-old West Chicago resident married Daniel A. Milinko on Saturday at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Glen Ellyn, but not before staging a "Battle of the Bridesmaids" 5K race to determine who would accompany her on this special day.
